Dr. Steven Partyka

Dr. Steve moved to Iqaluit, Nunavut in 2009 to work at Arctic Circle Dental.  He loved it so much, he bought the place!   Before moving here, he lived and worked in Yellowknife at Adam Dental Clinic.   Dr.  Steve is a graduate of the University of Toronto with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.   He grew up in New Jersey, you can tell when you meet him based on his accent (just on certain words though!).  He enjoys travelling and helping people have brighter smiles!

Dr. Steven Partyka, BSc, MSc, DDS, GPR Cert.

Dr. Steve moved to Iqaluit, Nunavut in 2009 to work at Arctic Circle Dental.  He loved it so much, he bought the place!   Before moving to Iqaluit, he lived and worked in Yellowknife at Adam Dental Clinic.    He earned his Master of Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a gradute of the University of Toronto with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.  He was a member of Xi Psi Phi Fraternity and was awarded the Partridge-Luks Award which is awarded to a brother in dentistry who combines Scholastics and Extracurricular Activities.  He grew up in New Jersey, you can tell when you meet him based on his accent (just on certain words though!).  He enjoys travelling, and helping people have brighter smiles! 

Megan Gauley, RDH

Megan is our new full-time Registered Dental Hygienist and Whitening Specialist at Arctic Circle Dental. Megan completed a certification in Pre-Health Sciences before obtaining her Dental Hygiene Advanced Diploma at Algonquin College in Ottawa, ON. Megan enjoys travelling, hunting, fishing, reading, community involvement and dancing! She feels that a friendly demeanour, building patient rapport and participating in continuing education are necessary to provide the best care possible when it comes to your personal treatment plan. She spends six days a week giving people of all ages bright, healthy smiles and looks forward to meeting many new faces. 

Emily Arsenault, DA

Emily has been living in Iqaluit since October 2009.  She graduated from Algonquin College, with a Level I and II Dental Assisting diploma.  After completing her diploma, she then successfully passed her National Dental Assisting Examining Board exam to become a licensed Level II dental assistant.  Since moving to Iqaluit, Emily has immersed herself in the local culture.   She has made an impact on many lives in Iqaluit and is an important part of the Arctic Circle team!
